Task-specific physical and network security is a MUST in our data processing centres.
Our physical security is defined by:
1. Access control systems
2. Building monitoring systems (2 of 3 data processing centres are provided with 24-hour individual monitoring) 3. Data centre monitoring systems (camera systems) 4. Other structural measures Our network security is defined by:
1. Firewall systems (protocol and application level), multi-level systems, if requested
2. Antivirus systems, multi-level systems, if requested 3. Permanent monitoring software 4. Regular analysis of reports / protocols 5. Intrusion detection and intrusion prevention systems 6. Encryption systems Our systems are always up to date and state-of-the-art technology is a matter of course for us.
For this purpose, we always keep our support staff and our colleagues from the IT-House Group, of IT-Secure sarl Luxembourg (consultancy services in the security sector) well briefed on state-of-the-art developments. We allow our customers to select the security level in line with their requirements and which they consider to be effective and ideal for their business. Consulting tailored our customers’ needs is part of our company identity. |
