The design of a high-performance and secure IT infrastructure is the core of your IT.

As such, monitoring and maintenance of the IT system, in accordance with the service level agreement, is absolutely essential.
For this reason, we only carry out changes (updates in the infrastructure) outside your business hours.
If you wish, our administrators are happy to take on these tasks.
Qualified technicians monitor our data processing centre infrastructures, the respective customer servers or, for example, backup processes on a permanent basis.
In the case of any problems, we are available at short notice and thus guarantee arranged service level agreements.

We usually guarantee service times between 8:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.
Upon request, we will integrate a remote service for the other times or for the weekends.

In addition to the maintenance of hardware and infrastructure, we gladly offer the administration of standard applications.

Scope of services, availability and reaction times etc. are features which are defined in our service level agreements..
